How To Stop Premature Ejaculation – Master When You Ejaculate Every Single Time!

Are you trying to learn how to stop premature ejaculation? It can leave you worrisome when your sexual partner is not satisfied at your sexual performance, particularly when information on how to stop premature ejaculation are readily available. Let’s clear ourselves of the term premature ejaculation. If someone ejaculates within 2 to 2.5 minutes of the start of intercourse, then he could be said to be suffering from this condition.

Causes of Premature Ejaculation

Typically, two out of every three men have suffered or are suffering from premature ejaculation and nearly all men would have experienced at least one episode in their lifetime.

The causes of premature ejaculation are too many to count, but the common ones are psychological like anxiety, stress, and lack of sleep. This condition may also be caused due to side effects of certain drugs, or if you have recently undergone surgery.

Many drugs suppress the re-absorption of a chemical called serotonin thereby training your body how to stop premature ejaculation, but this could also easily be achieved without taking any drugs at all, the same result can be achieved by patiently and persistently practicing certain techniques, not only during intercourse, but also during normal day activities.

Hypnotherapy and Self Hypnosis

Self-induced hypnosis is highly beneficial in treating premature ejaculation as it helps to reinforce positive insight into one’s own strength and wellness and help alleviate anxiety and fear. Self hypnosis has to be learned and is to be practiced on a daily basis.

Lucid Dream Experience

Lucid dreams are dreams that come during the initial part of your sleep, where you still know it is a dream and you can perceive the environment to some extent. You could actually control the dream and retain in your memory and this reinforces positive feelings throughout. This technique is rarely used to figure out how to stop premature ejaculation, but it is a theory.

Yoga and Related Exercises

Another way to teach yourself how to stop premature ejaculation is a particular type of yoga practice called the shatkarmas and mooladhara shakthi bhanda exercises help you stimulate your sexual vigor. Another set of exercises used are called the hastha mudras, and certain mudras like the vajroli mudra helps increase sexual desire and satisfaction.

Relaxation, Positive Reinforcement Technique

Since rest and relaxation are the key to lead a happy and fulfilling life, it is imperative to break stress patterns, take time-outs and breaks with your loved ones, or simply enjoy what you do help you have a happy and fulfilling sexual life. Once you learn how to relax and not be so intensely stressful, your body will react by relaxing and this can prolong ejaculation time.

Changes in Intercourse Intervals

When our body is used to certain regular activities, it reacts back the same way it is used to. When you change the interval of sex the body could possibly react in a different way and may help you achieve adequate time to ejaculate. Also you could allow more time for foreplay and mutual stimulation and indulge in healthy and non-risky sexual games to enhance your level of satisfaction.

Foreplay can help also to teach your body how to stop premature ejaculation. While you may think this would speed the process up, taking your time during foreplay will help your body to relax and not force a quick response.

Consequences of Premature Ejaculation

As a matter of fact, good communication and understanding with your sexual partner and getting a true understanding of this condition could nullify whatever the consequences of the diseases be.

Initially, if a sense of sexual satisfaction for both the partners does not take place and give rise of to tensions, promiscuity and doubtfulness could arise in the relationship. This in turn could result in lowered self-esteem and confidence, and feeling simply left out of this world. The condition could also result in depression and anxiety towards sex if left untreated.

How to Naturally Overcome the Refractory Period?

Okay, you’ve just had one of the best orgasms you’ve had in a while, you turn over off of your lady, and you lay there in bed, not wanting to do a thing.

You’ve provided your lady with an orgasm, but she’s not done yet. She begins to play with your penis, but its floppy and not going anywhere. She begins to suck on it, but still no erection…

She looks at you with a face like “what’s going on with your dick?”… And while you are embarrassed and wish you had it in you… you just can’t get yourself to get an erection again… and you don’t feel like doing it either.

Sex is the last thing on your mind… eating or sleeping sound like much better options…

But your girl’s not fully satisfied… again… you feel like a total weakling… but there’s not much you can do.

Has this ever happened to you?

If so, you are familiar with the inconvenience that is known as the male refractory period… the above scenario used to happen with us number of times… and it sucks to say the least

The Pain-in-the-Ass known as the Male Refractory Period

The vast majority of men have a refractory period. The refractory period is what hits us after we ejaculate. After we ejaculate, we lose our erections, our sex drive disappears, our penis becomes very soft, and it takes a good while to get hard again.

This refractory period keeps us men from really performing sexually how we’d like. Some men have stronger refractory periods than others. This means they feel more wiped out and have more difficulty achieving an erection after they climax.

As we age, our refractory period increases as well.

While young we may be able to have an orgasm, and within a few minutes get another erection, an older man may take up to a day or two before they can get hard again after an orgasm!!

The refractory period is what differentiates our orgasm from a female’s… While we feel wiped out after we orgasm, a woman has no such time period.

While an orgasm is still highly satisfying for a female, she is actually just getting warmed up and can keep going… hence the importance of providing a woman with multiple orgasms….

While ejaculating in large amounts is good for male fertility, the refractory period it creates is not good for their sexual performance.

How to Reduce your Refractory Period

There are a couple of options to reduce your refractory period.

Increase your testosterone production naturally – One option for quickly overcoming your refractory period is to naturally increase your testosterone production. There are a number of things you can do to boost this testosterone production, such as a little exposure to sunlight everyday (direct exposure to your bare back works well for this, as strange as it sounds).

Eating broccoli works well too. It contains something called indoles which work to increase your overall testosterone levels.

What this increase in testosterone helps for is to increase your overall sexual appetite and libido. After ejaculating, you will still maintain at least some desire for sex. This mental desire greatly helps you to become aroused and erect again quickly. Without this desire, your erection will not want to cooperate with you.

Erection strengthening exercises – Another way to battle the refractory period is to perform erection strengthening exercises… there are a couple of options for this, and none of them require medication.

You have some muscles within your body, below/behind the base of your penis. This includes the PC/BC muscles and the pelvic swing. With certain kegel like exercises you can strengthen these muscles, and help create stronger, longer lasting erections.

There are also some manual techniques that can improve blood flow to your penis, helping you achieve complete erections quicker.

With this combination of increased testosterone levels, libido, and better erection quality, you can help reduce or completely overcome your refractory period.

How to COMPLETELY ERASE your Period with the male multiple orgasm?

Another option to battle the refractory is the male multiple orgasm technique.

Orgasm and ejaculation are two separate events happening simultaneously. You can separate the two.

With a strong pc muscle, and the proper techniques, you can hold back your ejaculation during orgasm. Ejaculation is what causes you to have a refractory period and lose your erection… not orgasm. So with this technique you can maintain your erection after orgasm, erasing your period. This allows you to continue penetrating after you climax.

And the good news is you can repeat the technique over and over each time you are going to ejaculate, allowing you to have multiple orgasms without losing your erection, and lasting as long as you want. This technique is called the Male Multiple Orgasm.

Are There Any Risks In Chakra Meditation?

Should one take precautions when practicing chakra meditation? This form of meditation is often taught in Yoga and Reiki sessions. Chakra meditation focuses on the seven major chakras, starting at the root and working up toward the crown. Similar to Kundalini Yoga, this type of meditation can produce powerful channels of energy that run up the spine, energizing chakras along the way. While meditating on the chakras can create feelings of bliss and awareness, there is some controversy over its safety in certain situations.

Contraindications for Chakra Meditation

When done gradually with proper guidance, chakra meditation is generally considered to be safe. However, anyone who has the following conditions should avoid this type of meditation, unless they are closely supervised by an experienced meditation teacher.

• epileptic seizures

• mental or emotional conditions

• heart disease and other serious physical illnesses

• conditions requiring medication

Possible Effects of Chakra Meditation

Chakra meditation produces physiological and psychological changes in the mind, body, and spirit. When done incorrectly or without proper guidance from a competent meditation or yoga teacher, unexpected side effects, such as the following sensations, can possibly occur.

• shivers along the spine

• feelings of electricity running through the body

• spontaneous motor movements

• nausea or headaches

• changes in breathing patterns

• laughing or crying unexpectedly

• audio or visual hallucinations

• anxiety, disorientation, or depression

• reactions to suppressed memories

• out-of-body experiences

• altered sleep patterns

• increased psychic ability

In spite of possible discomfort in cases where techniques are used to force the chakras to open too quickly, the many benefits of chakra meditation are undisputed. Opening the chakras provides an opportunity to get in touch with the deep energy hidden within the body, often creating mystical experiences and feelings of oneness with the world.

Some meditation experts believe that bad meditation experiences are more likely to occur when the person doing the meditating is under a lot of stress, has long-term problems or suppressed memories from the past, or is undertaking the process without support and assistance from a well-trained guide. Fear of chakra meditation or negative expectations may also contribute to bad experiences. Anyone going through these symptoms should consult a knowledgeable therapist or health professional familiar with these issues.

When this form of meditation is correctly used to clear blockages in the body’s energy fields, it can help to prevent illness, improve mental and emotional stability, and open the soul to a higher level of consciousness.

Martial Arts and Sexual Health

According to history, in A.D. 527, an emperor named Wu Di invited an Indian monk named Bodhidharma to travel to China. The purpose of the journey was for Bodhidharma to come and teach his fellow monks in certain exercises to help strengthen their bodies. Monks in Henan province were frequently attacked by bandits and had no training in how to defend themselves.

After arriving in Henan Temple, Bodhidharma meditated for nine long years. After he finished the meditation, Bodhidharma wrote two books entitled, “Yi Jin Jing” and “Xi Sui Jing”. The former was about exercises for developing external strength while the latter was about meditation and breathing. After finishing the two books, he wrote a third book entitled “Shi Bao Luo Han Shou” (The Eighteen Hands of Lohan), which was about his experiences as a member if the Kshatriya. (Indian warriors and rulers). This book included synchronized defensive routines. Historians consider this book as the first manual on offensive and defensive combat movements. That was how the martial arts began in China.

These facts explain the close similarity of the postures in Chinese martial arts and yoga. Both traditions focused on the lower abdominal region as the center of all human energy (chi, pneuma, ki). Martial arts and Yoga were both developed to promote a healthy body, increase lifespan, and attain a state of bliss.

According to Eastern beliefs, the mysterious power of the chi is responsible for self-healing, self-recovery, and self-realization; and that ll life in the cosmos is inspired by the chi. As the “life force” or vital energy that is present in every living thing, it is also the same force that controls the universe. Chi is the Chinese word for the word life…and translated as ‘pneuma’ in Greek… and ‘ki’ in Japanese.

Clinical studies show that martial artists use several aspects of fitness like muscular strength, endurance, aerobic, and anaerobic conditioning. Their training also involves flexibility, body composition, motor skills, and coordination. These training modes may give practitioners health benefits such as stronger muscles and improved endurance. Martial arts training also includes meditation. These moments of stillness may bring short periods of relaxation. Some people actually see martial arts as “moving meditation.” Researches have also shown that the regular practice of martial arts help release stress and improve one’s self-esteem.

Sexual health

But more than just a system of self-defense and meditation, the martial arts practice is also associated with the improvement of libido and overall sexual performance. People who frequently exercise have more energy, less anxiety, better self-esteem, and increased testosterone levels. Martial arts not only firms one’s body and improve their overall health, martial arts can also improve one’s sex life. The practice of martial arts entails rigorous physical exertion. Still, Bodhidharma was careful to teach his monk-students about the virtue of moderation. He taught them that even in martial arts, care must be exercised to avoid over-training. Some studies show that too much intense physical training may have an effect on one’s sterility. An investigation by health experts revealed that exercising too much causes fatigue, which then temporarily reduces sperm count and quality. Other researches point out that those who exercised to the point of exhaustion produced less sperm during ejaculation. Specialists say that this happens because the body literally “kills” itself during training. To build muscles and improve the body, it needs to recuperate to attain normal cell development. Intense physical activities may reduce the level of hormones in the bloodstream that affects sperm production. Medical experts believe that sperm levels return to nearly normal after about three days. They added that drinking coffee after a few hours of training may protect sperm quality because of the antioxidants that are found in caffeine.

Indeed, understanding the benefits of martial arts and exercise can make a difference in one’s life. If done properly, these arts may promote good health, and an even better sex life.

Home Foot Care – How a Toe Straightener Can Help With Overlapping Toes

A toe straightener can help with overlapping toes, hammertoes and mallet toes. When combined with better fitting shoes, it can also help with bunions. Here's a look at how the straighteners work.

The underlying causes of the problems are tight tendons. The toes may have been pushed into unnatural positions after years of wearing tight, narrow shoes. Regularly stretching the toes is not even something that most athletes take the time to do. Basically, we ignore our feet, until there's a problem.

Before you invest in straighteners, take a look at your shoes. If there is not enough room for you to wiggle your toes, if you feel pressure on the lower joint of the big toe or the outside of the pinky toe, then your shoes are too tight. You need a change.

Luckily, there are some shoe manufacturers that realize the importance of wearing appropriate shoes, with wide, deep toe boxes, but they also recognize that people like to be fashionable. So, today's toe-friendly shoes are more stylish than the old orthopedic shoes. They come in fashionable colors and assorted materials, too.

Once you have your new shoes, you can begin to use a toe straightener on a regular basis. The devices work by gradually stretching the tendons. They apply just enough pressure to accomplish your goal over time.

Straighteners are not usually recommended for people with diabetes, unless they are being used under a podiatrist's supervision. Because of reduced sensation and circulation to the toes, a person with diabetes may not be able to tell if there is too much pressure or even if their shoes are too tight.

For people that are in generally good health, a toe straightener can be used to straighten one two or three toes, according to a person's needs. A soft pad fits beneath the foot. The tops of the toes and sides of the toes are protected with foam pads. So, there is immediate relief from any pain caused by a mallet or hammertoe and the separation prevents additional rubbing between the toes.

Depending on the severity of the condition, a toe straightener could help normalize the tendon length and reverse the joint changes. For more severe conditions that do not respond to this kind of treatment, in Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease for example, there are other options.

When the deformities are severe, as they can be in diabetics and people with Charcot foot, a custom fit orthotic allows for walking in comfort. Shoes made of soft materials further increase comfort and allow people with bad feet to get some essential exercise.

It is important for everyone to pay close attention to the health of their feet. Bad feet can lead to bad knees, hips and a bad back. Sub-consciously, you attempt to relieve the pain by changing the way that you walk, which can put the entire lower body out of alignment.

So, a toe straightener might not be the only thing that you need. But, if you do decide that's the right choice for you, do a little comparative shopping. The quality varies greatly.

The Three Schools of Tantric Yoga – Kaula, Mishra, Samaya

The Sanskrit word Tantra means expansion, so the concept behind performing tantric yoga is to expand all levels of consciousness to reach the inner Shakti or Cosmic Being. Tantric yogis attempt to focus on the spiritual energy within to overcome all subconscious confines and boundaries. It aims to arouse and synchronize the opposing factors inside each yogi in order to reach the internal divine life or cosmic force, whether it is on a waking level, sleeping level or in a state of dreaming.

In order to attain these levels, it is important to practice tantra yoga under the supervision of a Guru or Tantric Acharya, as they can help you to learn the proper way of identifying the key factors that influence the feelings and thought process. This in turn allows the yogi to overcome the hurdles such as narrow-mindedness, egocentricity, self centeredness and unawareness that restrain from acquiring harmony and peace. As a result Tantra yoga encourages the yogi to achieve levels of central focus and altruism.

Tantric yoga has three different schools: Kaula, Mishra and Samaya. All three vary in their nature with respect to the practice that is required.

KAULA TANTRA: This tantra teaches control over the lower part of the body, including the lower spine and the reproductive organs. The purpose is to gain control over physical needs of the body and use the force not just for sensual pleasure. For yogis looking to enhance their tantric yoga skills, there are a number of teachers available along with written script that can guide them in honing their skills. Kaula is one of the most popular forms of tantra being widely known in the USA as well. However, it is important to find an instructor who has authentic experience and knowledge about the schools of tantra.

MISHRA TANTRA: The word Mishra means mixed; therefore it is a mixture of internal and external rituals. It is a higher practice than Kaula and involves more advanced practices. The main focus of Mishra is on the heart with devotion towards the feminine principles of the universe. All practices are done in the mind by focusing it towards the inner heart and do not require the use of any external objects.

SAMAYA TANTRA: The word Samaya can be translated into the expression “I am with you”, as it refers to the emancipation of the Shakti. This is the highest form of tantra and opposed to the Kaula and Mishra, Samaya is based on pure yogic practice without the interference of any external rituals. Samaya aims to lead the yogi towards self realization and inner liberation with meditation. The pure meditative state ensures that the energy is channeled upwards to achieve spiritual union at the top of the head.

As tantric is a purely meditative form of yoga that acts as the basis of the entire mental and physical characteristics of the individual, a genuine yoga lover will eventually come across the enlightenment and energy that it seeks to promote. The different schools of tantra provide the yogi to explore their spirituality to its inner most depths.

What Is Yogalates? A Brief Overview

You’ve probably already heard of Yogalates – it is the newest trend in fitness in health clubs, spas, and yoga and Pilates studios. But let’s start with the basics: what is Yogalates?

Yogalates, also spelled Yogilates, is a combination of Pilates and yoga, which blends the emphasis that yoga puts on flexibility and meditation with the benefits of core strengthening that you get with Pilates training.

Yogilates was created in the late 1990’s by Jonathan Urla, a Pilates and yoga instructor, who realized that some of the same basic principles are shared in both yoga and Pilates – like proper breathing, alignment, strengthening and flexibility – and could be combined to glean some of the benefits of both.

Why take a Yogalates class? It’s a great way to get some of the benefits of both practices if you don’t have time to attend both yoga and Pilates classes. If you’re splitting your time between the two types of classes, you may not be getting the full benefits of either or learning the proper form through dedicated practice.

Yogalates is also great if you’re getting bored with your current practice and looking to try something new, or challenge your body in new ways.

Traditional Yogalates classes start with warm-up yoga poses like downward dog, which gets your body warmed up and started on proper breathing and form in the yoga poses. Then, the class moves into more challenging yoga poses that require greater movement, which sets the tone for the body’s muscles as you move into Pilates poses. Pilates exercises follow to further challenge the body and emphasize core strength.

What are some of the disadvantages of Yogalates? Not surprisingly, you only get half of the benefits of taking a full yoga or Pilates class because you’re splitting your time between the two. You won’t work your core as hard as you would in a traditional Pilates class – the same goes for the meditative benefits of a full yoga class.

Sciatic Endometriosis – How To Relieve Endometriosis Sciatic Symptoms

Sciatic endometriosis is usually exceptionally sore, although endometriosis is rarely the underlying cause. What actually happens when it is responsible, is that the uterus lining fixes itself on the sciatic nerve, and when the lining bleeds, it exerts pressure upon the sciatic nerve, resulting in a great deal of pain and discomfort.

As you can imagine, when a person develops the condition, mobility becomes distinctly limited, sometimes affecting both legs. To compound the problem, during normal menstruation, the pain can get progressively worse. The extent of this pain provides a good indication of the severity of sciatic endometriosis that the patient is experiencing.

There are many symptoms of sciatic endometriosis, some of which are listed here:

· Pelvic pain

· Bladder tenderness

· Lower back pain

· Irregular periods

· Severe menstrual cramps

· Diarrhoea, bloating and nausea

· Dyspareunia

· Extreme tiredness

· Anxiety and depression

When faced with the endometriosis sciatic pain, pain relieving medications are usually the initial method of treatment. Very mild to moderate pain can be effectively treated by these anti-inflammatory drugs, such as Ibuprofen. For more severe pain, stronger medication may be prescribed, but in both instances, the relief may be short-lived.

The back pain that occurs due to sciatic endometriosis, cannot be absolutely remedied with pain relief medication, and additionally, as it is a pain of a recurring character, it is advisable to seek the guidance of a qualified medical practitioner as the next step to a more lasting solution.

Once a doctor becomes involved, treatment such as prescribing birth control pills can be an option. These work by regulating the levels of estrogen, and prevent the formation of endometrial tissue, which in turn stops sciatic endometriosis and the associated pain. This solution can provide the added bonus to some women of contraception. Women may also be offered other options to regulate hormones, or maybe even surgery to eliminate endometrial tissue and adhesions, making sure that the expert advice and treatment is provided by a qualified surgeon.

Other recognized endometriosis sciatic treatment options are acupuncture and yoga. The aim of acupuncture is to rid the system of blockages and rebalance the body. In this option, the sufferer has a plan, individually tailored to their own needs. Yoga is a familiar technique, renowned to relieve much suffering, with the added advantage of being able to practice at home. For women sufferers, any positions that involve stomach muscles should be totally avoided.

Sciatic endometriosis is a severely debilitating condition, greatly affecting quality of life. As with most conditions, if you do experience any of the symptoms mentioned, a visit to your doctor should be the first stop to easing your sciatic endometriosis.

Meditate to Unlock Your Hidden Potential – Part 1

Meditation is often misunderstood by those who do not practice it. Very often, I hear meditation referred to as, “altered states of consciousness.” That sounds more like intoxicants, rather than bringing clarity to a cluttered mind. Without going too deep into what meditation is, or is not, let’s focus on one of the many things a daily meditation practice can do for you.

Meditation is commonly seen in many Yoga classes, but it has been practiced by a variety of cultures, including Roman Catholic priests, as well as Japanese Samurai, who practiced a form of Zen meditation. I mention this so you can see the full spectrum of meditation and its many facets.

There are many varieties and types of meditation, but the easiest form to learn is, “breath awareness meditation.” Compared to many other meditation techniques, this will enable anyone to experience the benefits of meditation in much less time.

At this point, let’s consider that meditation and Yoga teachers often compare the mind to a monkey. Many thoughts are running through your brain, at the same time, and it is hard to control all of your impulses – let alone, sit still and meditate. So why go through all this trouble?

Meditation has many rewards, and we will now consider one of extreme value. Through daily practice of meditation, you will release the unlimited potential of your mind. The ability to change, or alter the universe, starts as a single thought within your mind.

One human decided to harness the power of fire, and did he/she foresee the global warming effect? How could he/she imagine where we are now? This is just one of many thousands of examples of Karma – the law of cause and effect. Therefore, one seemingly small change, of any kind, will have a ripple effect on the universe.

Some of the seeds to change the universe, rests locked up in your mind, but you have the ability to shape the future by any small changes that you make. Let’s say you have a friend, family member, or associate, who cares for you deeply, but, up to now, you have always taken it for granted. Can you imagine what would happen if you take the time to groom that relationship? The answer is you would have a loyal ally and all you had to show was kindness or appreciation.

You have the ability to alter your own personality and affect the world around you. Hopefully, your personality will always continue to change for the better; if so, this will alter everyone around you for the best.

Releasing Chronic Pain From Whiplash Injury

Several cases of whiplash injury could involve chronic pain. When this happens, breathing could also be shallow. You could frequently hold your own breath. As breathing is restricted, you would eventually find yourself not exhaling fully. You could not even remove stale air from your lungs, resulting to possible residual build ups of toxins.

As chronic pain ensues, your muscles could get cold and get contracted due to poor circulation. Less oxygen volume gets in and fewer toxins are naturally removed. The lungs could work more when you breathe deeply and fully. The diaphragm moves and the abdominal muscles work. These occurrences only generate more heat in the body’s core to help relieve whiplash. They are possible when you perform specific yoga exercises.

How to release chronic pain after whiplash injury? Perform specific yoga exercises and poses, as described above. Doing so could pose a calming effect right on the emotions. Fear could be reduced as well as anxiety within the nervous system. You would feel emotionally safer and you would get more at ease and physically relaxed.

The next step to release chronic pain is to change your own attitude towards pain. Observe and sense what pain feels like, how worse it gets during whiplash injury. You should feel your own emotions to be able to establish a connection with the specific parts of your body that are hurting because of the condition. Connect physical with emotional pain. This way, you would be able to recognize possible continuity between your body, your mind, and your feelings.

Understand that there are many other attitudes that could be associated with suffering from chronic pain. They include anger, depression, despair, helplessness, and loss. Whiplash injury significantly adds more stress due to the negative self-directed energy.

In her one of her books ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ by Louise L. Hay gives a wonderful offering on How To Heal Your Life. Louise gives you a Problem Situation, the Probable Cause and a New Thought Pattern to begin to heal your life. This book is a wonderful ‘bible’ to have at your side.

On Neck Problems this is what she has to say. The Probable Cause – “Refusing to see other sides of a question. Stubbornness, inflexibility.” And the New Thought Pattern – “It is with flexibility and ease that I see all sides of an issue. There are endless ways to doing things and seeing things. I am safe.” How does that fit with you? A good book to enhance your life.
