Anxiety Muscle Fatigue – One of the Major Symptoms of Anxiety

Approximately, 6.8 million adults worldwide are affected by anxiety and the symptoms of this psychological state of mind can prove to be rather crippling. Anxiety muscle fatigue is one of the most stressful and troublesome symptoms of anxiety that bothers people suffering from anxiety the most. It is believed that genetics, neurological imbalances and past-life experiences combined with anxiety are the main cause of this condition that is experienced by people.

How Does Anxiety Cause Muscle Fatigue?

Difficulty concentrating, interrupted sleep patterns, irritability, muscle tension and fatigue, and restlessness is among the most common symptoms of anxiety. If people experience any of these symptoms, particularly muscle fatigue, because of unknown reasons and for a prolonged period of time, then will be a wise decision to go and see a doctor. Basically, anxiety results in an increase in the production of the stress hormone and this is why people suffering from anxiety experience increased fatigue in their muscles. The energy levels in the body decrease if an individual continuously feels nervous, threatened and worried, and this is why they ultimately feel fatigued if they are too anxious. Even lifestyle factors can contribute to this condition. Thus, being overworked and undernourished can also lead to this condition as well.

Anxiety Muscle Fatigue and Cramps

People suffering from severe anxiety typically suffer from cramps and fatigue, since these among the main symptoms of this issue. Currently, there are millions of people in the world who are suffering from anxiety and a majority of them even experience muscle pain because of this problem as well. Anxiety basically brings out acute inner tension in people and muscle pain they feel is a common symptom of this. People suffering from anxiety, who also experience muscle fatigue, tend to become rather hopeless because of the pain and restlessness they have to endure. Thus, the physical pain that is experienced as a result of anxiety can only be reduced if the anxiety is treated first.

Prolonged Anxiety Muscle Fatigue

People should definitely seek medical assistance and go visit a doctor if they have been experiencing muscle fatigue from the past two weeks or so. Fatigue and weakness are two absolutely different feelings and should never be mixed with each other. Usually a lack of muscular and physical strength is experienced by people who are feeling weak. Weakness makes it difficult to move the arms and legs, while pain can also be experienced. On the other hand, people who are feeling fatigued will feel exhausted and tired, as if they need to rest. Usually, some larger issue tends to be causing these feelings and in many cases they are either a symptom of anxiety or depression. Thus, in order to treat this condition, this symptom must, firstly, be evaluated so that the cause can be ruled out.

How to Treat Anxiety Muscle Fatigue?

Using antidepressant medication is one way of treating muscle fatigue that is being caused by anxiety or depression. Both the physical symptoms and the psychological issues related to anxiety can be treated in a variety of ways. This condition caused by anxiety should never be ignored because this will only lead to further mental stress. Without adequate physical strength, managing mental issues can become quite difficult. The anxiety or depression that is causing this condition can be treated through dietary changes, counseling and regular exercising as well.

People might have to undergo evaluation by a healthcare professional if the muscle fatigue is persisting, and the cause cannot be determined. Once the healthcare professional determines whether anxiety, depression or some other mental condition is causing this condition, they will then recommend the appropriate treatment for it. The muscle fatigue can turn extreme, and the everyday aspects of life can be affected by other symptoms that will begin arising if anxiety that is causing the fatigue is not treated on time.

The feelings of muscle fatigue can also be combated in some easy ways, such:

– Visiting a counselor and seeking advance to deal with stressful situations

– Drinking at least eight glasses of water everyday

– Joining a meditation or yoga class

– Eating a balance and healthy diet to keep energy levels maintained

– Balance the intake of calcium and magnesium

If nothing works, then the best treatment plan for anxiety muscle fatigue can be determined by a qualified doctor.

Penis Masturbation Tips: Beyond the Grip

When most men settle in for a good masturbation session, they tend to fall into a bit of a rut – a pleasurable rut, but a rut nonetheless. If they decide to vary things a little, they may make some small changes to the way they grip their penis – a little tighter, a little looser, perhaps switching hands. These are viable and effective ways of changing up the masturbation game (and without affecting penis health in the process). Still, guys may want to occasionally look beyond the grip when considering ways of expanding their masturbation repertoire.

What are some simple changes a guy can explore to up his masturbation experience?

– Relaxing. Often, when guys masturbate, it’s all about being tensed up. They may be operating under a time limit or they may simply be used to pulling one off quickly. Instead, try allowing ample time – an hour or more – for masturbation. (That doesn’t necessarily mean a guy has to take the full hour, but he should set aside that much time.) Instead of immediately wrapping the fist around the hard penis in a death grip, a guy can lie back on his bed and let his fingers gently stroke and fondle his penis and balls in a relaxed manner. Breathing deeply, he can explore himself, rubbing, stroking, gently slapping – but taking his time. And he can spend time on other parts of his body – the nipples, thighs, anus, etc. As he becomes more aroused, he’ll start stroking more quickly – and that’s fine. But try to remain more relaxed than usual when masturbating to see if it feels different.

– Talking. Aside from moaning and groaning a little, and perhaps panting, most guys are pretty quiet when masturbating. Assuming that privacy is not an issue, this doesn’t have to be the case. Men should try talking during masturbation, imagining there is someone else in the room with them and bragging about how awesome their penis is or how incredible it feels to stroke themselves – whatever is on their minds. Sometimes just narrating what they are doing or feeling adds a special “oomph” to the proceedings.

– Dispense with the grip. If a man always masturbates by wrapping his fist around his penis, he should occasionally switch things up by finding other ways to stimulate. Many men like to lie on the bed and rub their penis against the sheets, for example. Penis sleeves, whether homemade or store-bought, also offer another stimulatory experience. Running a pair of nylon stockings or a scarf back and forth across an erect penis is a favorite for many guys. Or, rather than wrapping one hand around the penis, take the penis in both hands and rub it back and forth quickly.

These are just a few of the ways in which a man can move beyond using a basic grip in his masturbation – if he feels the need to do so. (There’s nothing wrong with continuing with his current routine if it works and makes him happy.)

Sometimes, whether using a basic grip or some other technique, a guy gets so into his masturbation that he comes out of the experience with a red, raw penis. Regular application of a first rate penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) can help when the penis has been handled a bit too roughly. Be sure the selected crème contains sufficient moisturizing capability to help revitalize the sore skin. A combination of a high-end emollient (Shea butter, for example) and a natural hydrator (like vitamin E) in the crème is necessary. If the rough handling reduces penis sensitivity, a crème with L-carnitine is handy to use; this ingredient is neuroprotective and helps restore diminished sensation in the penis.

Is Aftershave Needed When Using Electric Razors?

Generally, men use aftershave lotions or creams after shaving their facial hair. Aftershave contains moisturizers that smoothen and soften your face. But, when using mens electric shavers, do you really need to apply aftershave?

Mens electric shavers have been manufactured and sold around the world for quite some time. Both men and women have even moved on from traditional razor blades to electric shavers in removing unwanted facial hair. One of the most important benefits you can get from using an electric razor when shaving is that you get a clean shave without the necessity of using aftershave.

Electric razors are one of the most convenient shaving tools. Though, for those who are always busy or in a hurry, some people do not have the luxury of time to use electric razors, much less the traditional razors which require more shaving time than is comfortable for a busy bee.

By using an electric shave, you don’t really have any need for shaving creams or foams on your face. As a matter of fact, the only thing you need is electricity—plus your electric razor, of course. Applying or lathering your face with an aftershave is an option when you are using an electric razor.

However, using aftershave or pre-shave can benefit you as well. Pre-shave lotions or pre-shave creams can harden your facial hair and make them stand, providing ease when you remove them through electric razors. Consequently, you need to choose a pre-shave that is suited well for electric razors.

Aftershave, on the other hand, can help in closing and tightening your pores after shaving. Also, it helps moisturize your skin. However, if you have a sensitive skin, you ought to avoid using aftershave or other alcohol-based aftershaves. As an alternative, you can use a relaxing aftershave balm—or make one of your own from organic and all-natural ingredients.

In addition, using aftershave can damage your skin specifically if it is sensitive and it has cuts and wounds. Aftershaves are used primarily for desensitizing your skin after shaving. It is much recommended that you wash your face. Also, if your face has small cuts or wounds, you should not use aftershave. It might penetrate into your inner skin, causing irritation.

Applying aftershave on your face after using mens electric shavers is really just your choice. If you want to make your face look softer then you can use aftershave, but really, it’s not a requirement.

How Serious Is Long Term Insomnia?

Long term insomnia is a serious sleep disorder that affects millions of people in the United States. Persistent insomnia, which is sometimes called chronic insomnia, is characterized by the inability to sleep that often persists for several nights. This type of sleep disorder can even last for up to months depending on the gravity of the problem.

Long term insomnia is often caused by a number of factors although most experts hold worrying as the culprit responsible. However not all experts believe that psychological factors are the root of persistent to this disorder. In some cases, it can even be a result of some type of physical problem.

Certain physiological factors have been found to cause persistent insomnia in some patients that participated in a study conducted by the Association of Sleep Disorders in the United States. An individual with physical disorders such as abnormal muscle activity or breathing problems often experience sleep disorders that can be as serious as persistent insomnia.

Long term insomnia can also be attributed to two well-known psychological factors namely depression and stress. Research has also shown that more women are at risk of experiencing it due to biological factors such as menopause. Other factors that can cause the disorder can also be caused by an unhealthy lifestyle with too much caffeine, nicotine or alcohol as well as late night snacks.

Dependence on prescription drugs such as anti-depressants can also lead to sleep disorders. Several environmental factors can also lead to persistent insomnia like excessive light or noise, working the night shift, and jet lag. Sleeping on an uncomfortable bed can also lead to it.

Easy Techniques to Ease Long Term Insomnia

Despite being a serious sleep disorder, people suffering from persistent insomnia need not worry, as there are natural remedies that can be employed to help ease the problem. The most logical solution would be to refrain from takings naps during the day. Too much sleep during the day will make it harder to sleep at night.

Yoga is a great exercise that can help a patient suffering persistent insomnia loosen up and focus. Yoga is a unique form of relaxation technique that can teach a person to meditate and visualize away their worries. Reducing stress will help decrease stress hormones.

Other than yoga, insomniacs can also engage in physically energizing workouts to raise adrenaline levels and increase the body’s core temperature. Exercise such as this is best done in the afternoon or even in the early evening as the hormone levels go down five to six hours after exercise can help promote deep sleep. Avoid exercising right before bedtime, as the body will be too stimulated to fall asleep.

Pass up a heavy meal at least four hours before hitting the sheets. Going to bed on a full stomach will make it harder to sleep, as the tummy feels bloated; however drinking a glass of warm milk before bedtime can help promote sleep as it contains tryptophan.

Aside from milk, other protein-rich foods like nuts, tuna, dates, and even potatoes can help promote sleep. These foods contain tryptophan, which is a chemical that sends a message to the brain that initiates the release of the hormone serotonin to help a person relax.

Alternative remedies such, as acupuncture may be a solution to persistent insomnia. This ancient Chinese remedy is known to be quite effective in treating a variety of sicknesses and is a dependable alternative to taking prescription drugs that at times can be addictive.

Vitamin and mineral supplements can also be taken to treat persistent insomnia. These may include calcium, zinc, and magnesium. Other types of supplements that can be taken to pacify the nervous system would be vitamins B3, B6, and C.

The overall ambience of the bedroom can cause a person to lose sleep. In some cases, loud wall colors or uncomfortable beddings, curtains or carpets with frenzied patterns can keep a person awake all night. It helps to have bedroom walls painted in soft pastel colors that are calming to look at.

Severe chronic insomnia will require professional assistance and a lot of patience on the part of the patient. It is also a good idea to start a sleep diary wherein the patient can write down their observations in order to identify any pattern that could have led to the sleeping disorder.

Increase Penis Size Naturally – How the Towel Hang Can Make Your Penis Bigger, Thicker & Stronger!

If you are looking for exercises to make your penis bigger, then you have just stumbled across a goldmine! There are a wide variety of exercises that can naturally increase the size of your penis. However, in this article I would have introduced you to the 3 easy steps of "Towel Hangs", which will not only make your penis bigger, but far stronger and thicker too!

1) This is one penis enhancement exercise that does NOT require lubrication. In actual fact you are not even going to use your hands for this exercise once you massaged yourself into a full blown erection. Sit down on the edge of a chair or the toilet seat.

2) Place a small towel or cloth over the top of your erect penis. The idea is to tense your penis and PC muscle in order to lift the towel a little. Then relax and allow your penis and towel to gently drop down to their starting position.

3) When you initially start using this penis exercise aim for 25-50 repetitions. You can gradually increase your reps as your member gets stronger. You can also try this exercise with a larger or wet towel to make it harder. If ever you feel any pain while performing towel hangs, stop immediately.

Towel hangs have 2 major benefits. Firstly, the majority of us guys have "untrained" penises. If you think about it, we never exercise our man in any way apart from during sexual curiosity or masturbation. Therefore, it would be right to believe that all guys have hugely underdeveloped and extremely weak penalties. Imagine if you never practiced your body and stayed in bed all day, every day! Sorry to tell you guys, but this is exactly what you have done to your manhood over the course of many years!

So initially you should notice that towel hangs will improve the strength and appearance of your penis. Your member should look far more muscular, you may even notice more more veins than usual. Your penis may even feel heavier. The increased amount of blood flow that has passed through your penis will stretch and extend the ligaments and tissues. This will eventually make your penis bigger. Just by performing towel hangs alone many men have reported gains of half an inch in length and girth of their penis within a relatively short space of time!

Secondly, your sexual stamina should improve dramatically. You are mainly exercising the PC muscle during towel hangs. This is the exact same muscle that you squeeze to stop yourself from urinating. As this muscle becomes stronger you will find your ability to stop yourself from ejaculating has increased astronomically!

So if you want to make your penis bigger and stronger and improve your sexual performance no end, then guys I suggest you start using towel hangs!

Autoimmune Disorders – Ayurvedic Herbal Treatment

Autoimmune disorders are diseases in which the immune system of the body attacks normal healthy tissue and produces different symptoms of diseases. Nearly 160 diseases are listed as autoimmune disorders; common ones include rheumatoid arthritis, type 1 diabetes, psoriasis, alopecia areata, SLE, thyroiditis, Addison’s disease, pernicious anaemia, celiac disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Guillain Barre Syndrome.

A genetic predisposition is usually required for the commencement of autoimmune disorders, along with environmental triggers such as infections (bacteria, virus), food allergies, toxins (drugs, smoking, hair dyes, and chemicals) and physical trauma. Common symptoms include joint and muscle pain, general muscle weakness, rashes, low-grade fever, lack of concentration, weight loss, numbness and tingling, dry eyes, hair loss, breathlessness, and palpitations. The hallmark of autoimmune disorders is inflammation, which can affect the heart, brain, lungs, nerves, muscles, skin, eyes, joints, kidneys, glands (thyroid, pancreas etc.) and produce symptoms according to the organ and tissue affected.

The modern system of treatment of autoimmune diseases is by suppressing the immunity with the use of steroids or non steroid medicines such as cyclophosphamide, and vaccines where possible. This treatment can give good results on a short-term basis but it does not cure the autoimmune disease and can result in serious side effects later on. Ayurvedic treatment scores positively in this aspects because it brings about immunomodulation so that the body defence system can gradually take over and help cure the disease completely. This may possibly take more time; immuno-suppressants can bring about improvement of symptoms within a few weeks to a few months, while Ayurvedic treatment may be required from a few months to a few years, depending upon the severity and complexity of the disease.

As mentioned earlier, inflammation is the hallmark of all autoimmune diseases. Steroids can treat inflammation very well; however, the long-term side effects of steroids can be as serious – or probably more serious – than the disease itself. Ayurvedic herbal medicines can significantly reduce pain and inflammation in chronic rheumatoid arthritis. Itching and recurrence of psoriasis can be treated very well with Ayurvedic treatment. Herbs can effectively treat inflammation of glands such as that occurs in thyroiditis, or inflammation and destruction of arteries, nerves, mucosa, muscles, connective tissue and skin such as that occurring in SLE, celiac disease, scleroderma, multiple sclerosis, Guillain Barre Syndrome etc.

While steroids and immunosuppressants are common therapy for all autoimmune disorders, the Ayurvedic treatment for each autoimmune disease varies considerably according to the body organs or systems affected. Medical protocol for treatment will also vary considerably according to the severity of symptoms, as well as the treatment response of affected individuals. Most medicines which act on the ‘Rakta’, ‘Mansa’, ‘Med’, and ‘Majja’ tissues are effective in the treatment of autoimmune disorders. These include herbs like Manjishtha (Rubia cordifolia), Saariva (Hemidesmus indicus), Kutki (Picrorrhiza kurroa), and Patol (Tricosanthe dioica). Immunomodulating herbs are also quite important for treating autoimmune diseases and include Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Bala (Sida cordifolia), Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) and Amalaki (Emblica officinalis).

Most affected individuals on immuno-suppressants experience a relapse or flare-up after about 5 to 6 months of therapy. Ayurvedic treatment may bring about improvement within 4 to 6 months; however the slow improvement is worth it since the patient start going into a full remission and the disease can be completely controlled with regular therapy of 12 to 24 months. After this, medicines can be gradually tapered and stopped completely. Further treatment can be given as short courses as and when – or if – required. Ayurvedic treatment can thus be utilized successfully to provide a comprehensive treatment for most of the common autoimmune disorders.

Yes, I Am Ready, I Am Always Ready

Getting what you want is a matter of persistence. Whatever the situation, or whatever I need to deal with, I remain ready and always ready to get what I want. It is also a deep principle of auto suggestion and hypnosis with yourself also to be consistently ready for an opportunity when it comes. Sometimes the opportunity may come “too immediately” and sometimes you have to wait and look, but it is always somehow there, even if it comes in a strange or unusual form that does not seem like the ideal waiting to happen.

Once, Napoleon Hill told a story about a man named Edward C. Barnes, who wanted to be an associate of Thomas Edison on one of his major ideas or inventions very badly. He was, but he waited five years for it to happen, and it was one of the first “answering machines” known at that time as the Ediphone. The Ediphone seemed like a silly ideas to most of those looking for a great idea to go with Edison on, but not to Mr. Edward C. Barnes, he saw with alacrity and alertness the reward for his persistence and goal oriented work.

I will get to the point of the above, quickly, and I will repeat some of the first paragraph doing it: Getting what you want is a matter of persistence. Reality is friendly to us if we meet it halfway in effort, patience, understanding and tolerance. I am not saying anything about plodding away unrealistically without direction either. I am saying realistically pursue a real goal that is desired and is within your reach.

Another anecdote: I was listening to Beverly “Zig” Ziglar today a few minutes before writing this article and listening well. Sure, I listen to many such programs, right now I am listening to Eugene Tognacci read the Roy Herbert Jarrett book “It Works” and a few hours before that I was listening to a couple of other programs of this nature. Anyhow, that is beside the point. If you are going to genuinely meet reality halfway you have to understand fully those who have met it fully before in the way that you wanted to before you meet it yourself and if you are an original do it the best you can do it at full conscious power, no matter what.

That brings me to a point, the pioneer in anything is the best thing in existence, especially when they are doing their best. For, indeed, that is what I mean by always ready. Like Sal Amato in the “Eddie and the Cruisers” sequel said, play it the best you can play it, that is the secret. To get the results you want genuinely, you must consistently do it the best you can do it and be a perfectionist in the right way, in that you get what you want and do it to the specifications of nobody else. I will leave you room to think, so I end here.

Your Simplified Guide to Natural Skincare

Our skin absorbs many things including chemicals. Considering the number of makeup and skincare products we use every day, it’s easy to understand the amount of chemicals that go in our pores. Over the years, regulatory bodies have approved the use of certain chemicals and parabens, at least in small quantities. However, researchers, skin experts, and dermatologists believe that there’s no substitute to natural skincare.

Understanding natural skincare

Natural skincare is all about using the most natural ingredients. This can be further divided into herbal, natural and organic segments. Now, every manufacturer has a unique way of developing products, and in many cases, the process is kept safe, like a well-guarded secret. Even the regulatory authorities don’t have a big say in this, barring giving a list of do’s and don’ts. So, what can you expect from natural skincare?

1. First things first, these products don’t have any form of chemical or preservatives that are harmful to the skin.

2. These are formulated with 100% natural products and ingredients. Please note that natural and organic does not always mean the same thing. We will discuss this in a bit.

3. Thirdly, the products are formulated in a particular country, as mentioned.

4. Also, a number of companies don’t use animal testing for natural products, which is a big plus.

How to choose natural products for the skin?

You would be happy to know that natural products are available in both skincare and makeup. However, the primary task is to find the right brand. Whether you are looking for a special homemade face mask or a massage cream, you need to check a few basics.

— Start with the label. A good manufacturer will ensure 100% transparency on their product label. You will find all the relevant details on the product packet or the sticker.

— Check the ingredients. This is equally important. You need to check if all the ingredients are natural and mentioned as required. Do not buy products that just mention the ‘Key Ingredients”.

— Check the brand. Is the brand reputable? Are they certified by any of the regulatory bodies or independent labs? If yes, you can definitely trust the company for their products.

— Natural or organic? By organic, it means that the ingredients are made without any additional fertilizers and chemicals. So yes, organic products are always better than just natural products. Check if the products are certified to be organic.

— Is the product formulated for sensitive skin? Most of the natural skin and makeup products are considered to be good for sensitive skin, but that’s an aspect you need to check.

Lastly, you need to check reviews. There are bloggers and other websites that review natural skincare products, and you can find a lot of amazing facts and details. Also, the first-hand experience from other users is always useful in comparing options. Not to forget, check the price. Since such products don’t have a lot of preservatives and chemicals, the costs are higher but are worth paying. Check online now and start shopping for your stash!
